What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We've used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don't change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

What is MyFranTime?

MyFranTime is a social training log for CrossFit athletes. An important component of CrossFit is tracking your performance and developmental progress. MyFranTime helps keep you motivated by allowing you to share your workout triumphs, goats, and results with your friends and coaches.

The Team

Creator and developer
I started training CrossFit on my own in Spring 2008 and joined the CrossFit Zone affiliate in June 2009. With MyFranTime, I have combined my passion for CrossFit with my passion for computers in the hopes of improving not only my own performance, but others in the CrossFit community.
The suit
I started training CrossFit on my own in Summer 2008 and joined the CrossFit Zone affiliate in June 2009. Like Sean, I have extreme passion for CrossFit and its community. When Sean told me about his idea for MyFranTime I knew that I wanted to be involved. The site helps me focus my training progress and also participate in the world wide CrossFit phenomenon.
